Security Camera
Security Cameras are all around us. Whether it’s a fake security camera just meant to scare away would be predators or a via satellite, high-definition, dome hidden, home or office CCTV (closed captioned) guarding high target elites, security cameras are everywhere.

Security cameras’ totality in urban lives has made them almost second nature. Their presence has driven up competition and driven down price considerably. You can now get a full home security camera system; equipped with software, cable, outdoor security camera, indoor cameras, instillation and linking up with the providers camera security network, for less than ever before. Some networks also offer an IP network for even lower costs.

One of the most popular CCTV networks is the bullet cam security camera, which are two inch long systems that stem up from the ground, are weatherproof, and come in colors black or white. You have seen these units before; in parking lots, at crowded events or even indoors at malls or stores, this is a very common variety of security camera available on the marketplace today.

There is, of course, a very vocal group of some who shy reject the comfort allowed some and see the days of privacy are all but gone from our lives. You can barely step outside your own door without having your every step tracked. While this Orwellian alternative view is one, others wish we could have a “homeland security” camera, to guard our borders and keep big brother involved in every person’s actions, all the time.

While I don’t know if things will ever reach either extreme, I am sure that until a better alternative is found, security cameras are here to stay. Security cameras give people a sense of safety and validation that as long as there is a camera present, justice may be had. While, unfortunately, such simplicity is never the case, there is something to be said for the added level of security in these dangerous times. Whether it’s a security camera DVR standalone, an intricate network full of bells and whistles, or even just a dummy camera, the added safety allowed from security cameras presence is unmatched.
